Our Grinding department includes four belt grinding stations for fast clean up of the aluminum castings along with high speed air tools for the more detailed clean up.

Aluminum Casting Cleaning

Our aluminum sand mold castings can be cleaned using our 6 cubit foot capacity steel shot blasting machine. This process not only cleans the aluminum castings but it also produces an attractive and uniform matte finish on the aluminum castings.
